The Engineering Project Manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle of a project from the initial requirements gathering to deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Managing system designs, electrical interconnection, modeling, and performance data
- Reviewing technical equipment specs, load flow, voltage drop, arc flash, and integration of protective relay systems
- Preparing single-line diagrams, electrical block diagrams, and power plans
- Assessing structural and interconnection issues
- Coordinating engineering activities (studies, surveys, etc.)
- Ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and contractual requirements
- Reviewing RFPs and contracts
- Conducting site visits for optimal design/layout
- Travel as needed
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, with 1-3 years of experience
- construction project management experience preferred
- Proficient in design tools such as Helioscope, AutoCAD, PVsyst
