CBTS is currently seeking an IVR Test Lead for a position located in Columbus, OH

This position will be working on an IVR project and will be located onsite in the Columbus office 50% of the time.

Experience:

• 7 – 10 years testing experience with 3 – 5 years’ experience leading a team of testers
• Nuance, and Genesys IVR testing experience preferred.
• Experience on at least two large transformation programs in a testing role
• Experience with JIRA and Tricentis qTest
• Experience with other testing tools (test automation and performance testing) – nice to have
• Demonstrated high proficiency in communication, project management, and organizations skills
• Experience with waterfall and agile delivery frameworks
