We are looking to hire a Site Development Manager IV in Site Development Manager IVA(3 days Hybrid)

Description:

The Site Development Manager will provide leadership expertise communications quality control guidance and support for site development activities related but not limited to: Site acquisition real estate zoning construction design construction quality standards site compliance and external affairs. Provides value to the development and construction functions by ensuring the consistent high quality and timeliness of delivery of operational and project-based development activities. Ensures consistency in processes reporting forecasting data integrity and siting solutions.

Required skills:

• As needed may have some travel to market offices.
• Must have Telecom Experience in Site Development specific to Leasing.
• Will support Engineering - Site Development - Soft Cost / Area Team Skillset Matrix Manager Notes Technology Requirements I.E Programs systems etc
• Must be familiar and skilled to work within Database - Magenta built like Siterra or equivalent
• Working with Project Managers and other Team Members to help manage large buildout Preferred background/prior work experience
• Must have Telecom Experience in Site Development preferably recent and able to manage many projects action items liaison with RF site acquisition Construction and landlords to identify tasks and resolve as needed Priority soft skills Must be advanced in excel vlookup pivots etc
