Job Description: Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist


Position Overview:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in maintaining our quality management systems and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have minimal QA experience but possess strong administrative skills and familiarity with document control systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Control: Manage and maintain document control systems, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Internal and Client Audits: Assist in preparing for and conducting internal and client audits, ensuring all quality standards are met.
  • Deviation Investigations: Support the investigation and resolution of quality deviations, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up.
  • System Administration: Administer quality management systems, including dot compliance and Salesforce, or other relevant systems such as Master Control and EQV.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on quality management systems and processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Education: A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality Management) is preferred but not required.
  • Experience: Minimal QA experience is acceptable. Prior experience with document control, internal and client audits, and system administration is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with quality management systems such as dot compliance, Salesforce, Master Control, or EQV.
  • Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.


This is an on-site role.
