What we Expect :

As a Fullstack Engineer, you must have experience with System Architecture and must have worked with different languages such as python and JS. It is a plus to have graduated or completed masters in computer science or an equivalent field. Anybody with prior experience working in a startup will have additional advantage

**Note - This position requires the working hours to be according to US hours.**

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust and scalable backend systems using Java, Python, and other relevant languages.
• Architect efficient and reusable frontend components using modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Collaborate closely with product management and UX/UI teams to translate product requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Implement and maintain integrations with third-party APIs and services.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the entire stack, from frontend to backend.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software development and system architecture.
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on coding practices, architecture, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospective meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience (3 years) as a Fullstack Engineer or similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong proficiency in backend development using Java and Python, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Solid experience with frontend development and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of software design patterns and best practices in system architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on schedule.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the beauty industry or other related fields.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities.
