Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer (PE) for a full-time opening with an engineering firm in Raleigh, NC area.

As a Geotechnical Engineer, you would be responsible for designing and overseeing geotechnical projects, ensuring they meet all safety and regulatory standards. We're looking for a Professional Engineer (PE), who is detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

This position offers a salary of $90,000 - $110,000 depending upon qualifications. Additional benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, matching 401(k), and generous Paid Time Off.

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting geotechnical investigations and site assessments.
• Preparing detailed engineering reports and design plans.
• Collaborating with project managers and other engineers to ensure project success.
• Overseeing construction and ensuring compliance with geotechnical specifications.
• Providing technical support and guidance to other geotechnical staff.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical, Civil, or other related engineering field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Transportation industry experience; NCDOT is a plus.
• Understanding of deep foundation design principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
