Our client, a leader in Aerosapce precision testing and engineering, is seeking a Sr Test Technician to join their team. As a Sr Test Technician, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting high-volume testing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong self-motivation, excellent decision-making skills, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr Test Technician

Location: Torrance, CA

Pay Range: $35 - $38 per hour DOE

What's the Job?

• Conduct high-volume repetitive testing of Commercial and Military precision Hydraulic/Pneumatic systems.
• Perform clean room and pressure testing of units.
• Break down and assemble test stands as required.
• Utilize timekeeping systems for accurate reporting of work hours.
• Analyze time, motion, and methods to improve efficiency and establish production standards.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4-6 years of relevant experience.with testing of hydraulic and pneumatic systems or similar
• Previous testing and troubleshooting experience i.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make timely decisions.
• Familiarity with various concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
