The Process Engineer will contribute to technology industrialization, process optimization, equipment design, and operational support. This hands-on role involves pilot equipment operation, process development, and data documentation, while fostering innovation, collaboration, and transparency. Client Details My client is a leader in the energy storage sector, focused on advancing the manufacturing and performance of lithium-ion batteries for diverse applications. It is developing innovative electrode manufacturing technology that aims to enhance efficiency and reduce costs while minimizing environmental impact. Description Responsibilities: Equipment Design & Upgrades: Design, fabricate, and implement enhancements to coating lines, analytical rigs, and other critical equipment. Project Support: Participate in various projects as needed, contributing expertise and technical insight. Process Development & Optimization: Perform process improvements and development activities on pilot lines to optimize efficiency and output. Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to process, equipment, and pilot spaces to enhance overall performance. Facility Support & Troubleshooting: Assist with maintenance, troubleshooting, and design of facilities, ensuring reliability and uptime. Process Scale-Up: Collaborate on process scale-up designs to facilitate seamless transition from pilot to full production. Profile Ideal Candidate: 1-3 years of experience in industrial environments with a focus on material processing. Familiarity with web handling and coating processes/equipment (preferred). Hands-on experience with powder processing and converting systems (preferred). Bachelor's degree (required) or Master's degree (preferred) in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
