My client is seeking a proficient and detail-oriented Manufacturing Process Engineer in the electronics space to improve and optimize manufacturing processes within the contract manufacturing industry. Description As the Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will be responsible for the following: Design for manufacturing and new product introduction. Oversee, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Implement process improvements to reduce cost and increase productivity. Work directly with outside vendors to understand needs and communicate those requirements internally. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet manufacturing objectives. Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide technical support to the manufacturing team. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related concerns. Assist in developing and maintaining process documentation. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects. Profile A successful Manufacturing Process Engineer should have: A degree in an Engineering or Manufacturing discipline. 3-5 years of work experience in a electronics manufacturing environment. Proficiency in process improvement methodologies and statistical process control. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the manufacturing environment. Job Offer An estimated salary range of $85,500 to $100,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
