  • Setting : Free Standing Clinic
  • Dates of coverage needed: Jan - April, 2024 with possible ongoing extension
  • Schedule : Monday Friday; 8a - 5p
  • Scope of Practice: Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals
  • Experience : 2+ years of UC and Occ Med experience
  • License and certification: Board Certified, KY State License, DEA, BLS, DOT Certification
