Job Description
  • Work Dates Needed: Monday Friday
  • Hours : 8:00 am 4:30 pm; On average, there are seven (7) on-call days (evenings/weekends) with weekend telephone triage.
  • Worksite Setting : Outpatient Clinic
  • Scope of Work : Primary Care for patients aged 65+
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : TX Medical License, DEA Treating Newborn to 18 years old.
  • Volume: Very low- Ranges from 2-8 patients per day.
