We are currently seeking a skilled Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team on a per diem basis, supporting patients in detox and residential substance abuse treatment.Join Our TeamAs a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in our detox and residential program, you will play a vital role in supporting patients through the early stages of recovery. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage withdrawal symptoms, monitor patient health, and provide comprehensive medical care in a structured and supportive environment.RequirementsMasters or Doctoral degree in Nursing with Family Nurse Practitioner certificationActive and unencumbered FNP license in the state of NHMinimum of 2 years of experience in detox, substance abuse treatment, or behavioral health settings preferredKnowledge of withdrawal protocols, detox treatment procedures, and medication managementStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCPR/BLS certification requiredCommitment to promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusionResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive health assessments, including evaluations related to substance withdrawal and detoxificationDevelop and manage individualized treatment plans to support patients in detox and residential settingsPrescribe and monitor medications for withdrawal management and symptom controlCollaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including counselors and case managers, to ensure continuity of careEducate patients on recovery options, self-care during withdrawal, and long-term wellness strategiesMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, documenting all interactions thoroughlyProvide crisis support and guidance to patients, helping them navigate the early stages of recoveryEnsure compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA, to protect patient confidentialityParticipate in team meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiativesPerform other duties as assignedPay: $75.00 - $95.00 per hourSchedule: Per diemLocation: Plymouth, NHApply Today!
