About the Role:
Join the team as an Insert Operator , where you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining production efficiency and upholding high-quality standards. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented, hands-on individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a team focused on excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation & Maintenance:

• Operate inserting machines at efficient speeds while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine jams to minimize downtime.
• Conduct minor preventative maintenance and adjustments to ensure smooth operations.

• Organize tasks and resources to meet production deadlines while adhering to departmental procedures.
• Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked for seamless operations.
• Set up machines accurately for processing various document types.
• Monitor machine run times and optimize performance for each mail run.

• Clearly communicate job statuses, potential issues, and updates to team leads, supervisors, and technicians.
• Balance and reconcile jobs to meet production goals.
• Maintain confidentiality for both company and client information.

• Operate various inserting machines (e.g., Pulse, MSE, EPIC) to handle products such as letters and flats.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues using training and reference materials.
• Assist colleagues by cross-training on different inserter types and providing vacation coverage.
• Perform basic repairs and coordinate complex maintenance with technicians.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift ).
• Perform occasional physical activities such as walking, bending, climbing, pushing, pulling, and stooping.
