Part-time Physician Position Summary:

Introducing an excellent opportunity to join Hartford HealthCares highly respected, innovative and supportive, multi-disciplinary geriatrics team serving our patients in skilled nurisng facilities (SNFs) in Torrington, CT. You will join a well-established and comprehensive, state-wide Geriatric service, providing 100% team-based SNF care.

• Role : Physician - Skilled Nursing Faciltiy rounding
• Location : Torrington, CT
• Schedule : Part-time, flexible weekdays (16 hours per week)
• Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment
• Phone Call : Infrequent phone call for work/life balance

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)
• BC/BE Internal or Family Medicine
