Physician Position Summary:
Introducing an excellent opportunity to join Hartford HealthCares highly respected, innovative and supportive, multi-disciplinary geriatrics team serving our patients in the Glastonbury, Connecticut area. You will join a well-established and comprehensive, state-wide Geriatric Care service, providing 100% team-based Outpatient Geriatric care.
- Role : 100% Skilled Nursing Facility SNF consults
- Location : Glastonbury, CT
- Schedule : Part-time, weekdays only (flexible schedule options available -16 hours per week)
- Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment
- Phone Call : Infrequent phone call for work/life balance

BC/BE Internal or Family Medicine
