We are seeking a Business Developer to join the Commercial team at our US office.


About the Job


Develop and implement a business plan for market penetration and expansion, generating sales-qualified opportunities through lead prospecting, market analysis, and strategic partnerships.



Specific Responsabilities:


  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and evaluate feasibility to generate new leads and expand market presence.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets, increase market share, and position Crystal Lagoons technology as a top solution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients across multiple industries to drive business growth.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, roadshows, and sales initiatives in target markets to enhance opportunities.
  • Analyze sales metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to support leadership decision-making.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop marketing materials, architectural designs, and integrate new technologies into sales processes.
  • Implement innovative techniques and technologies to optimize and accelerate the sales cycle, ensuring effective CRM tracking in Salesforce.



Requirements


  • Business Degree or B.S. Engineering Degree (Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or similar) preferred.
  • 0-2 years of work experience preferred, with an emphasis on sales experience.
  • Advanced-level competency in Microsoft Office.
  • Salesforce CRM knowledge preferred.
  • EIT certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. real estate market is preferred.
  • Financial project evaluation background is a plus.
  • English native, fluency in Spanish.
  • Availability to travel within the US.
