What You’ll Do:  As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying and nurturing new business opportunities for The Greenery's growing construction division. Your role will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, landscape architects, and other key stakeholders.
• Developing a robust sales pipeline focused on landscape maintenance and construction projects.
• Managing bid calendars and ensuring timely, accurate proposals that reflect The Greenery’s commitment to excellence.
• Collaborating with our estimating, project management, and business development teams to create value-driven proposals.
• Offering risk assessments and valuable insights to help our operations team deliver successful projects.
• Leading the charge in achieving results-oriented construction sales that drive our company’s growth.

What You Bring:

• A  self-starter  with exceptional time-management skills.
• Outstanding communication abilities , both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of the  landscape or green industry .
• Strong organizational skills, digital proficiency, and the ability to navigate multiple software platforms.
• A detail-oriented approach with an unwavering focus on accuracy.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to move freely and perform tasks that require stooping, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
