We are currently seeking a sharp, ambitious Senior Account Manager with a passion for creating growth solutions for our client that fit well into an environment of people that like to solve business and marketing problems and make their clients successful. In this role, you will focus on building strong relationships with our clients that ensure open and honest communication and focus on the success of our partners business through our expansive offering for printing and fulfillment needs are met efficiently and effectively.


This position reports directly to the Chief Sales Officer.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As part of the Sales Team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Grow company revenue through nurturing client relationships and identifying growth opportunities for your client partners and their business through Marek’s robust service and solutions.
  • Direct all aspects of client business from strategy through execution with attention to quality and detail and the foresight to identify (and circumvent) potential challenges using our broad team of Subject Matter Experts to solve the challenges that stand in the way the retention and/or growth of clients.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external resources to build a consultative working relationship with the client. Ensure an understanding of the client’s needs, objectives, and expectations while effectively managing resources to meet budget and deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain a broad background in The Marek Group’s core competencies to ensure the ability to design customer solutions with the support of the entire Marek Group team. Adapt to and quickly learn new technologies and products.
  • Develop campaigns and manage resources to meet client goals and objectives while maintaining knowledge transfer and service standards while managing budget and deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop strong professional relationships with clients and deliver effective meetings and presentations with poise and confidence.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • College degree and/or 3+ years of experience in the print production and fulfillment industry.
  • 2+ years of account management or equivalent experience.
  • General knowledge of various print production processes (digital printing, offset printing, embroidery, engraving, etc.)
  • Experience being the main point of contact for clients and delegating tasks to team members.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth technical sales environment.
  • Strong teamwork mentality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
