Overview:
Are you an energetic Retail Sales Representative looking for a permanent opportunity in the Winnsboro, SC area? Do you have 6 months to a year of sales or retail experience in a fast paced environment? Do you enjoy solving problems and offering excellent customer service? Description:
- Solicit and sell new or upgrade services to both new and existing customers
- Manage sales leads by tracking and following up to close new sales and customer upgrades
- Work with sales and operations team members to generate sales leads
- Review existing customer accounts to identify and close new sales and service upgrades opportunities
- Provide world-class customer service to customers, process orders for service installation, activation, or change in service
- Determine charges for services requested, collect payments, prepare change of address records, and issue discontinuance orders
- Take ownership of customer complaints concerning billing or services rendered
- Required to meet monthly sales objectives as outlined in the commission plan
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training
- Sales experience (preferred)
- Reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits Overview:
- $16-$20hr based on experience + commission
