DETAILS:

• This position is for an experienced Business Analyst with strong hands-on testing experience. The selected candidate will support a multi-year, multi-phase project, providing testing, requirements elicitation, and analysis. This role requires close collaboration with the Project Manager, Lead Business Analyst, Development Team, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional specifications and test cases.

The individual will:

• Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing during release phases.
• Act as a liaison between business users and the technical team to report and resolve defects.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, test plans, test cases, and reports.
• Ensure developed solutions perform according to user requirements.
• Be familiar with automation testing suites, regression testing, and industry- standard testing methodologies.
• Utilize requirements tools, bug-tracking systems, and project management tools like Jira, GitHub, and TFS.
• Identify risks, improvements, and mitigation strategies proactively.
• Support user training, technical writing, and documentation.
• Work independently while taking direction from project leads.
• Demonstrate familiarity with Business Analyst Book of Knowledge (BABOK) or IIBA certifications.
