What You’ll Do

  • Lead with Vision & Strategy – Design and execute high-impact sales strategies that push revenue growth and keep Tide Homes at the forefront of luxury homebuilding.
  • Own the Market – Stay ahead of market trends, analyze competitors, and uncover new opportunities to expand our influence.
  • Drive Relationships & Revenue – Build strong, lasting connections with homeowners, real estate agents, and industry partners, ensuring Tide is always top-of-mind.
  • Create a Culture of Success –Foster accountability, resilience, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Execute with Precision – Provide accurate and insightful reporting on sales performance, identifying opportunities to maximize results.
  • Represent Tide with Pride – Engage in networking events, industry conferences, and community partnerships to elevate brand visibility and trust.

What You Bring

  • Experience that Matters – 7+ years of sales experience in homebuilding or real estate, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Market Mastery – Deep understanding of the Tampa Bay real estate market.
  • Tech-Savvy & Analytical – Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot, Buildertrend , and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven Sales Leadership – A history of hitting (and exceeding) revenue targets.
