We are looking for a detail-oriented self-starter to join our fast-growing team in Brooklyn, NY. This position offers an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in learning the behind-the-scenes of a high-growth e-commerce business and growing their career in a progressive startup in the luxury home decor space. This role will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of LES Collection's e-commerce business, including managing new content, maintaining the product catalog, resolving website-related issues, and reporting on key metrics.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day oversight of our eCommerce Shopify website, i) ensuring all content is up to date and delivered in the best possible way, ii) managing the online product catalogs and images, and iii) proposing continuous optimizations
• Work cross-functionally (product, creatives) to execute on timely launch of new product and promotional content across all channels - e.g., website, social media, email, and SMS
• Proactively identify and resolve website-related issues in collaboration with web developer
• Conduct website analytics for weekly/monthly tracking and reporting on key metrics
• Support the CEO and COO with seasonal planning, calendar development, and various strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Shopify experience required (minimum 2 years; 3+ years preferred)
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage various stakeholders and deliver simultaneous projects on time
• Previous copywriting experience is a plus
• Previous CIN7/inventory system experience is a plus
• Team player with a positive, go with the flow attitude
• Curious by nature and always looking for ways to innovate and improve
• Highly adaptable to a changing, startup environment
• Self-motivated, results and solution oriented
• Can commute ~3 times/week to Brooklyn (Gowanus / Park Slope area)
