We are searching for an experienced E-Commerce Manager who thrives on driving online sales and creating unforgettable digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a master communicator, and a collaborative leader who can take our e-commerce initiatives to the next level.
Key Responsibilities of the E-Commerce Manager:
- Foster strong partnerships with external development teams to support daily needs and spearhead site enhancements.
- Develop and roll out test-and-learn roadmaps with partners.
- Monitor daily performance metrics using MixPanel and GA4, reporting on key KPIs.
- Assist the VP in preparing weekly Business Review presentations, outlining sales results, key performance trends, ROAS, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with teams to leverage customer data for targeted online audience strategies, utilizing CDP.
- Craft and communicate eCommerce media briefs to relevant teams.
- Implement innovative test-and-learn agendas.
- Shape quarterly and annual digital campaign strategies, partnering with media agencies, publishers, and marketing collaborators to smash eCommerce sales targets.
- Drive the execution of performance marketing strategies (SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Display, Affiliate, Re-Targeting) to supercharge traffic and conversion rates on homans.com.
- Manage day-to-day communications with external media agencies and work closely with Homans’ Media Manager to synchronize omni-channel media strategies.
- Oversee the accuracy and consistency of our product information along with a focus on usability.
- Partner with the business to identify key customer-focused applications to drive technology adoption.
- Analyze and understand industry market trends, competition, products, and technology offerings, and communicate to management as necessary.
What We’re Looking for in an E-Commerce Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is a must.
- 2+ years of experience in a B2B e-commerce operations leadership role with cross functional experience, including operations, marketing, customers service and e-commerce management.
- A self-starter with a deep understanding of online customers’ needs and a strong grasp of the competitive landscape.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency.
- A thorough understanding of the digital ecosystem and the interplay between site, mobile, social, search, and eCommerce channels.
- Experience with audience segmentation, analytics, and a comfort level with synthesizing web measurement data.
- A passion for understanding consumer mindsets and staying ahead of media and technology trends.
- Ability to clearly articulate and present trends, strategies, recommendations, and results to teams and senior management.
- A team player who is eager to contribute hands-on and build strong relationships with internal teams, site vendors, and external agencies.
- Exceptional written and presentation skills with a talent for influencing others.
