Job Description

AC Tech is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company into its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic leadership, fundraising, and scaling high-tech businesses. This role requires a deep understanding of blockchain technology, established connections with venture capital (VC) networks, and the ability to align innovative blockchain applications with market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to expand the reach and impact of AC Tech’s flagship product, Biomatrix, while leveraging blockchain technology to unlock new market opportunities.

• Position AC Tech as a global leader in AI and blockchain-driven solutions.

2. Blockchain Innovation and Integration

• Drive the development and adoption of blockchain applications, focusing on decentralized security, data transparency, and tokenization strategies.

• Identify and implement blockchain use cases that enhance product scalability, user trust, and operational efficiency.

3. Fundraising and Investor Relations

• Lead capital-raising efforts, including Seed, Series A, and subsequent rounds, leveraging existing VC connections to secure funding.

• Highlight AC Tech’s blockchain potential to attract technology-focused investors and strengthen investor relationships.

4. Market Expansion and Product Development

• Identify new market opportunities to scale Biomatrix and introduce blockchain-enhanced features or complementary products.

• Drive innovation by combining blockchain technology with AI to maintain AC Tech’s competitive edge.

5. Operational Excellence

• Ensure the efficient allocation of resources to support rapid growth and operational scalability.

• Develop frameworks for risk management and compliance, particularly in blockchain and data management.

6. Team Leadership and Culture

• Recruit, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary team, including blockchain engineers, AI scientists, and product innovators.

• Foster a collaborative and innovation-driven culture that aligns with AC Tech’s mission and values.

Qualifications

3. Fundraising Expertise and VC Resources

• Ability to leverage personal and professional networks to accelerate funding opportunities.
