Your main responsibilities will include:Designing and executing the company's data strategy and roadmap, including data governance, data quality, and data management.Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify data needs and drive data-driven decision-making.Establishing a strong data-driven approach to decision-making across the organization.Implementing data governance frameworks and monitoring data quality and integrity.Driving data innovation and analytics initiatives to uncover business insights and opportunities.Leveraging modeling techniques to identify, analyze and present actionable data to drive business decisions.Establishing data policies and procedures to ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with regulations.Leading and managing data teams, including data analysts, data engineers, and data scientists.Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to leverage data for competitive advantage.Key Requirements

You have a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field. A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.You have proven work experience as a CDO or similar senior data leadership role.You have strong prior experience in a senior leadership role in data management.You have demonstrated a track record of driving data-driven decision-making and business insights.You have in-depth knowledge of data governance, data management, and data analytics.You possess a strong understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance with data protection regulations.You possess excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.You have strong stakeholder management & business partnering skills.You are a strategic thinker with a proactive and innovative approach to data management.Seniority level
