Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Client Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to understand the insurance needs of individuals and families.
  • Policy Recommendations: Recommend suitable insurance coverage options based on clients’ unique needs.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support and service.
  • Sales Generation: Promote insurance products to new and existing clients to meet sales targets.
  • Policy Management: Manage policy documentation, including endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.

Requirements:

  • Licensing: Active Florida 20-44, 2-20, or 4-40 insurance license.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal insurance sales.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help clients.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
