Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for connecting with youth sports organizations across the country, explaining our value proposition in an effort to help us add quality organizations to our already strong National network of sports affiliates.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct inbound & outbound marketing/sales calls to prospective clients on a daily basis (30-50 contacts per day).
- Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and active listening. Present our services to potential customers.
- Conduct marketing/sales calls to explain our value proposition to prospective sports organizations in an effort to have them sign up to use our services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product/service knowledge.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- A self-starter with a hunter's mentality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
COMPENSATION
- Competitive base salary plus quarterly commission plan with an additional opportunity to earn annual bonus pay depending on sales performance. OTE at $120,000 with opportunity to make $200K+ with an uncapped comp plan.
