The Role:

As a 360 Tech Recruiter , you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the company's success by managing the full recruitment lifecycle. You’ll build relationships with clients and candidates, deliver tailored staffing solutions, and help grow its presence in the tech market. This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious company at the ground level and shape your career in the booming tech staffing industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Identify, target, and secure new client relationships within the Houston and surrounding tech markets.
  • Develop customized staffing solutions to meet clients’ technology hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment:
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and referrals, to find top tech talent.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including technical skill evaluations and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional experience.
  • Account Management:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and staffing requirements.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Market Research and Insights:
  • Stay up-to-date on tech industry trends and labor market conditions.
  • Provide market insights to clients and candidates to enhance decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role , preferably within the tech or IT staffing industry.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of technology roles, skills, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for growth.
  • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
