The Role:

As an IT Staffing Sales Professional , you will be instrumental in driving revenue and expanding market presence for our client. Your focus will be on identifying business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and delivering tailored IT staffing solutions that meet the unique needs of the government sector in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the US market.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the client base and achieve revenue targets.
  • Generate leads through networking, industry events, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business challenges and IT staffing needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights on workforce strategies and IT talent solutions.
  • Manage client accounts to ensure excellent service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Solution Selling:
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to align client needs with available IT talent.
  • Present and negotiate customized staffing solutions, including contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire placements.
  • Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
  • Performance and Reporting:
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT staffing sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of IT roles, skills, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and activities.
