Job Summary: As a Sales Support Coordinator at Radon Medical Imaging, you will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes. You will work closely with the Vice President of Operations and sales team to enhance their efficiency, customer service, and overall success. This role is essential in providing administrative support, managing customer inquiries, and coordinating various aspects of the sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about products, services, and pricing.
- Address customer concerns and issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Assistance:
- Assist the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the VP of Operations in managing sales pipelines and leads.
- Help sales representatives with order quoting, processing and tracking.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Generate reports on sales performance and trends.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and document management.
- Coordination:
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Work with other departments to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistency in messaging and materials.
- Market Research:
- Assist in market research to identify potential leads and market trends.
- Keep up-to-date with industry news and developments.
- Ordering:
- Assist the VP of Operations with purchasing capital equipment.
- Work with OEMs by requesting quotes and preparing purchase orders.
- Manage consumable sales from the sales team and direct from customer.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
