What you will do:
- Grow and build a book of business focused on the commercial lines insurance space to bolster the Provident presence in Northern Wisconsin.
- Help balance the books for the Merrill/Wausau office.
- Participates in identifying new business opportunities.
- Maintain relationships, support direct service and your own customer service.
- Promptly and accurately responds to client requests and follows through to ensure client receive timely response.
What you will need:
- Highly organized and proactive, able to work independently with a tenacity for commercial lines.
- Underwriting experience preferred.
- Team-oriented attitude with demonstrated leadership potential, including effective speaking skills.
- Strong people skills.
- Integrity – belief in doing the right thing and making the right decisions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Works in a collaborative and team-oriented manner for quality.
- Ability to multitask
- Strong time management skills and the ability to evaluate and prioritize multiple projects/tasks to maximize the number of internal and external clients that can be assisted while maintaining a high level of customer service.
