Role Overview

The Territory Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in:

  • Driving Sales and Rentals: Managing the sales and rentals of trench safety and boring equipment to a diverse client base.
  • New Business Development: Identifying new opportunities and initiating client engagement.
  • Customer Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Independent Field Work: Operating independently while coordinating with the office and sales teams.


Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: Background in the construction or underground safety industry is preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional time management, follow-up, and urgency in addressing customer needs.
  • Education: BA degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic Microsoft Office and email capabilities.
  • Mindset: Collaborative, action-oriented, and respectful in client and team interactions.
  • Driving Ability: Must have a valid driving record for field-based work.
