Our client is seeking an experienced
Sales Director to drive business development efforts and manage client relationships in the digital products space. This role involves full-cycle sales, including networking, prospecting, pitching, and securing new business opportunities while nurturing long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a passion for digital products, and a proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Identify and engage potential clients to create new business opportunities aligned with the company's digital expertise.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
- Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals that align with client needs and organizational strengths.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create custom pricing and resource plans that address client objectives.
- Lead contract management processes, including drafting and finalizing agreements like MSAs and SOWs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about client needs and emerging trends in digital services.
- Track and manage sales activities, pipeline updates, and progress reports using CRM tools.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and high client satisfaction.
- Support pitch efforts by creating engaging materials and presenting innovative ideas to prospective clients.
- Maintain a proactive approach to client retention, identifying opportunities for continued collaboration and upselling services.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience, with a focus on digital products or services.
- Proven track record of building relationships and closing deals in healthcare and retail industries.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
