Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Development
- Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships that expand xTool’s Retail footprint and bolster its presence in educational institutions.
- Collaborate closely with C-suite executives to ensure partnership strategies are aligned with overall corporate goals and sales targets.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities, trends, and best practices in Retail and EDU segments.
- In-Store Experience & Retail Expansion
- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of in-store experiences for xTool’s products, ensuring consistent brand representation and high-quality customer engagement.
- Oversee store rollouts, shop-in-shop concepts, pop-ups, and other retail initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Build relationships with retail partners, negotiating terms and service-level agreements (SLAs) to maximize profitability and brand visibility.
- Education Sector Strategy
- Drive xTool’s presence in schools, universities, and educational programs, developing partnerships and initiatives that highlight the educational value of our products.
- Collaborate with educational institutions to integrate xTool’s offerings into curricula and extracurricular activities, increasing brand awareness and adoption.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Brand, Marketing, and Service teams to create cohesive go-to-market strategies, promotional campaigns, and support plans for each partnership.
- Work with Product and Operations teams to ensure effective product delivery, inventory management, and after-sales support for retail and EDU clients.
- Provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations to leadership, influencing sales and investment decisions.
- Relationship & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, managing and deepening relationships through consistent communication and a clear understanding of partner needs and expectations.
- Establish joint business objectives, key performance metrics, and actionable timelines for each partnership.
- Proactively address issues and risks, creating strategies to mitigate them and maintain strong partner satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in partnership development, business development, or strategic account management, preferably in retail, consumer electronics, or related industries.
- Proven track record of driving results through cross-functional collaboration and retail channel expansion.
- Experience working with educational institutions or leading B2B and B2C integration strategies is a plus.

- Proficiency in using CRM platforms, sales analytics tools, and project management software.
