As we continue to expand our presence in the U.S. market, we are looking for a Marketing Manager with a proven track record of driving marketing strategy and executing plans that will help attract new users to the xTool brand. In this highly collaborative role, you will work at all levels, driving both strategic thinking about the consumer experience as well as focus on the executional details to help drive awareness of the xTool brand and help new users overcome key barriers in their path to purchase. You will leverage different skills ranging from data synthesis and reporting to content strategy, project management, and digital marketing. You’re highly strategic and an idea generator but can also live in the details when developing and executing against a plan. You’ll need to effectively manage both direct/indirect resources, communicate strategies and plans to the broader organization, and keep stakeholders in alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop key marketing strategies and plans including the definition of program objectives, target audiences, strategies/tactics, deliverables, timeline, and KPIs
- Work with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, plan, and execute integrated marketing programs, and external agencies to implement and execute marketing projects
- Drive development of marketing briefs and partner with creative team to execute against goals
- Analyze consumer insights to develop a strong understanding of key audiences, consumer journeys, and purchase barriers and proactively leverage insights to build marketing plans
- Analyze campaign and event performance to improve opportunities, performance, and partnerships
- Stay on top of the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continually innovate and implement cutting-edge strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Experience in tier 1 consumer electronics companies is required.
- Proven track record in managing relationships with tier 1 media and influencers in US.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic communication plans in a corporate setting.
- Strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of local media landscape and business environment.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, ethical, and creative with a strategic outlook.
