We seek committed, passionate, driven sales professionals with practical expertise closing residential exterior construction, (roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, eaves), deals with integrity and a focus on driving excellent customer outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Specialists act as a trustworthy resource to our residential customers including:

• Conducting thorough assessments and estimations for roofing, siding, and window projects
• Developing and presenting project proposals to potential clients
• Maintaining and expanding client relationships to generate new business
• Collaborating with the Operations Manager to ensure accurate project specifications
• Tracking and reporting on sales metrics and performance
• Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities
• Participating in sales, marketing and promotional activities in all assigned markets which may require regular travel

QUALIFICATIONS

In addition to demonstrating a history of success though personal and professional integrity, ideal candidates will possess:

• Proven sales experience in the construction or home improvement industry.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Good understanding of project estimation and specification processes

COMPENSATION

Exterior Medics wants you to achieve your unlimited potential and offers an aggressive commission structure in addition to other performance-based total rewards. Your pay is commensurate with your performance and varies widely based on a variety of factors and conditions.
