Job Title: Inside Sales Manager

Department: Sales

Reports To: President

Location: Huntington Beach

Job Summary: The Inside Sales Manager will oversee and manage the inside sales & customer service teams to ensure the achievement of sales goals and objectives. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, mentoring team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a proven track record in sales and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership and Development:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor inside sales representatives.
  • Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive and motivating team environment.
  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to optimize lead generation and conversion.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs effectively.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
  1. Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Use insights to inform decision-making and improve sales processes.
  1. Technology and Tools Management:
  • Utilize CRM and other sales tools to track team performance and customer interactions.
  • Ensure the team is proficient in using sales tools and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to drive results and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
