Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Medical Claims Account Manager to join their client's team in Connecticut. This is a supervisor position offering an opportunity to lead a dedicated team in managing medical claims and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the processing of medical claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage a team of claims specialists, providing guidance and support.
  • Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve claims issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve claims processing efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Prepare and present reports on claims processing performance to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in medical claims management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in medical billing software and systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, first shift.
