Responsibilities
- Oversee the processing of medical claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage a team of claims specialists, providing guidance and support.
- Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve claims issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve claims processing efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Prepare and present reports on claims processing performance to senior management.

- Previous experience in medical claims management or a related field.
