Accurate Personnel is looking for a sales professional to help catapult our Cincinnati market to the next level. This candidate will be responsible for direct sales of temporary and permanent placement to small to large-sized companies and identifying opportunities to partner with businesses in and around Cincinatti that need staffing support. As a member of the Accurate Personnel family, you will have all that is needed to grow and become a successful staffing PRO!

Job Functions

• Develop full knowledge of assigned sales territory
• Prospect new opportunities for business
• Secure new accounts and expand business in existing accounts by preparing and presenting successful sales proposals
• Develop and expand network of community contacts to maximize business development opportunities
• Daily entry of activity into CRM tracking software
• Attend/Lead whiteboard meetings
• Report to Sales and Operations management regularly with progress updates
• Cooperate with and engage Operations staff to ensure that business is served successfully
• Demonstrate the company's core values, operating principles, and service differentiators through daily activity
• Ability to commute within assigned territory to reach prospective and existing client sites
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• A strong understanding of all facets of the sales process
• Proven track record for success in business development and revenue generation
• Hungry to make money/make a difference
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle rejection and overcome obstacles with tact and professionalism
• Ability to meet required budget and quota expectations

What you will do:

This highly visible position plays a crucial role in building the sales pipeline and managing the best-in-industry client experience we strive for with each interaction. Specifically, you will:

• Build and manage a targeted sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, lead generation, and other business development-related activities
• Meet with prospective clients to determine talent acquisition objectives by conferring with hiring executives and business owners
• Analyze, interpret, present, and recommend sourcing strategies and recruitment plans to identify talent for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct hire client requisitions
• Meet with clients to review performance, metrics, and staffing trends through quarterly business reviews
• Network and promote the organization at business expos, networking events, and professional networking groups and associations
• Collaborate with operations to create RFP's and support Client's needs throughout the relationship.

• Experienced in selling workforce solutions / staffing
• Competitive, driven, and thrives in a fast-paced and high pressure environment
• Able to manage high levels of activity and multiple demands
• A “hunter” and enjoys the thrill of finding clients that can benefit from our temporary staffing and direct hire recruiting services
• Able to travel within the assigned market(s)
• Committed to excellence in everything they do

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $65,000 and up (DOE), plus commission earning potential
• Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
• Located in Cincinatti, OH
