We’re looking for a Sales Account Director to join our team in Los Angeles and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Your Challenge
- Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities.
- Drive revenue for Seedtag by seeking partnerships with various direct clients and agencies.
- Engage with advertisers of all levels, from daily account leads to senior-level executives.
- Help develop sales strategies for long-term growth.
- Liaise with internal teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.
- Track activity throughout all facets of the sales cycle to help guide towards important growth decisions, and measure everything through the use of Salesforce to determine those activities that are the best predictors of success.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 3-5+ years of brand advertising, media sales, programmatic and/or online advertising experience.
- You are located in the Los Angeles area, an expert on the territory with an established network of decision-makers across an agency's planning and programmatic teams, and clients directly.
- Experience breaking new business, growing existing accounts and exceeding goals.
- Love the fundamentals of sales, measuring what works, and being in front of clients.
- Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
- You are an educator and business consultant – connecting with clients to educate and maximize their potential.
- Stellar presenter and comfortable with executive-level interaction.
- A team player and collaborator.
