Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director -Sales to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth in the telecom sector. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in technical sales, a deep understanding of telecom solutions, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills who can foster relationships with key clients while motivating a high-performing sales team.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in technical sales, with a minimum of 5 years in the telecom industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of telecom products and services, including but not limited to network infrastructure, OSS, BSS, Cloud, Data and AI.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering or related field.
