HR Operations Analyst

We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our client's HR team. This role involves managing daily HR operations, data management, and reporting, with a focus on compensation, compliance, and global payroll.
Responsibilities:
- Track new hires for global compensation, including bonus targets, guarantees, non-cash benefits (e.g. RSU grants), and custom proration details; document hire approval data.
- Assist with data entry into compensation systems and support year-end compensation summaries for tax-authorized expats.
- Coordinate data submissions to compensation market data providers and manage the annual ITIN process for international hires.
- Assemble audit requests for compensation and assist with compiling employee data for new Computershare accounts.
- Help with employee portal logins and account inquiries; ensure stockholder details are accurate in HRIS and compensation systems.
- Gather employee preferences for RSU vests and download/manage by-weekly ESPP election reports.
- Assist with data gathering for annual compensation filings in UK, AU, JP, and SG; support immigration data collection for visa processing.
- Aid with APAC HR programs, including benefits, housing, and onboarding.
- Assist with payroll documentation for global employees (US, JP, HK, UK, AU, SG, UAE, Korea) and perform post-payroll audits for the US.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, and provide excellent customer service to employees, managers, and HR colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in accounting or finance, but not required).
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
