HRIS Analyst

$45-55 per hour
Join a dynamic team as an HRIS Analyst , supporting the maintenance, enhancement, and reporting of critical HR systems. This role focuses on administering the Ceridian Dayforce platform , ensuring the accuracy of employee data, generating actionable reports, and resolving technical issues. You'll collaborate closely with HR leadership and various departments, contributing to the organization's success by optimizing HR processes and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Ceridian Dayforce for the entire organization.
- Manage changes throughout the employee lifecycle, including new hires, salary adjustments, promotions, and terminations.
- Prepare, validate, and distribute standard and ad-hoc reports.
- Support the creation of dashboards and metrics to guide business decisions.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data.
- Resolve system, data, and integration issues by conducting root cause analysis and providing resolutions.
- Develop user guides and procedures.
- Train staff on system functionality and process enhancements.
- Perform additional HRIS tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce required.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel (advanced functions preferred) .
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
- Self-starter with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Experience in data auditing and report creation.
- Familiarity with HRIS integration troubleshooting and upgrades.
