Description:
Responsible for managing compensation projects, wage and hour compliance, and compensation policies and procedures. Provides support and guidance to the business and Human Resources on compensation related issues. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities:
- Provides leadership and counsel on the design and implementation of compensation projects, programs, policies, practices, and procedures.
- Conducts market analyses and research to support compensation decisions and program recommendations.
- Partners with Human Resources partners to ensure competitive market position. Ensures market positions allow for the ability to attract, retain, and motivate employees and candidates.
- Leads and develops efforts to ensure company compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensures compliance with organization policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree in related field of study
Bachelor in Human Resources
Bachelor in Business Administration and Management
6+ years experience within compensation analysis and consulting
