Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Description

The RN Flex Supervisor will play a pivotal role by alternating between the RN House Supervisor position for 4 days and the RN Charge Nurse position on a unit for 6 days within a two-week period. Weekend and holiday shifts are required. Key responsibilities include:

• Facility Oversight: Supervision of the entire facility and 3 units, ensuring optimal staffing levels and adherence to policies and standards.
• Patient Care: Assessing, planning, evaluating, and implementing patient care in line with accepted practices.
• Charge Nurse Duties: Ensuring smooth unit operations, administering medications and treatments, maintaining documentation, and providing education to patients and families.

Requirements

• Licensure: Current RN license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a nurse supervisor role within a skilled nursing or related healthcare setting.
• Skills: Proven supervisory and leadership abilities; wound care experience is highly desirable.
• Education: A combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
