Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales quotas by focusing on sales activities and value-added services.
  • Value-Based Selling: Utilize value-based selling techniques to identify and address client needs, explain contract terms, and propose effective solutions.
  • Exceptional Client Support: Proactively address client concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Effectively resolve service issues and negotiate solutions that meet both client and company needs.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our CRM system.
  • Customer Retention: Identify and proactively address potential customer churn.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with operations, billing, collections, and sales teams to deliver exceptional client solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2+ years of successful experience in sales or account management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Skills: Strong CRM software proficiency, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to meet sales targets, strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Professionalism: Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and possess a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Client Focus: Ability to build rapport with clients, demonstrate strong account management skills, and effectively resolve client issues.
