Motion Tactic, a creative agency located in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Content Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong copywriting background who thrives on collaboration but can independently shape and execute new initiatives. You'll play a critical role in writing content for our website clients and supporting clients as they produce their own content.

Responsibilities

1. Website Content Writing

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business and website content needs in order to produce effective website content

2. Client Management

• Support and manage clients who are producing their own website content
• Facilitate project status meetings in order to keep clients organized during the content creation process

3. Content Management / Content Entry

• Create organized inventories of content that will be needed on a website in order to create accountability
• Create and edit pages on WordPress websites

4. Marketing Content Support

• Create content in order to support our agency’s growth strategy across multiple channels (website, blog, LinkedIn)

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing, copywriting, or content creation.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to adapt tone and style for various audiences.
• Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with WordPress is a plus
