Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Growth Marketing Manager to join our team, reporting to the Director of Growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid customer acquisition across such channels as Meta, Google, and TikTok, and thrive in ambiguity– able to quickly learn and optimize new channels that will help the business grow profitability. The Growth Marketing Manager will be plugged-in to the ecommerce industry, attending events and learning from other ecommerce growth marketers to constantly challenge the status quo and find new opportunities for growth.
The Growth Marketing Manager will take the lead reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs including customer counts, marketing spend, CAC, ROAS, and MER, and will assist the Director of Growth in assembling the data for quarterly business reviews. A key stakeholder in executing on the growth team’s quarterly OKRs, the Growth Marketing Manager will have a real impact on the success of the business from day one.
The Growth Marketing Manager should also be savvy in creative strategy to fuel paid channel growth and efficiency, strategically unlocking new audiences for the business while continuing to saturate core audiences with new messaging to unlock LTV. The Growth Marketing Manager plays a large role in briefing strategy and creative requests to support product launches and promotions, working with the brand, creative, and retention teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.

How You’ll Make A Difference (Responsibilities):
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, working with outside contractors to execute daily optimizations that exceed growth and efficiency targets.
- Own the process for sampling products to social media creators, content publishers, and others that help drive growth.
- Maintain a best-in-class creative analytics process, ensuring that growth, creative, and brand teams are equipped with the insights they need to ship more winning creatives fueling new customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with the brand and creative teams to develop effective messaging and assets for performance channels, and work closely with retention, social, and influencer marketing peers for cohesive execution of key initiatives across all channel touchpoints.
- Build and maintain a test-and-learn agenda alongside the Director of Growth and in collaboration with account reps at Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing channels or in potential new growth channels, clearly communicating the opportunity and assisting with prioritization of growth opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance and communicate to the wider marketing team on core marketing KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, and MER on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Manage channel budgets, ensuring that individual channels do not over or underspend.
- Collaborate with brand and creative teams to strategize product launches and accompanying creative assets.
What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or paid digital advertising. A combination of agency and brand-side experience is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task and manage several different projects with strong attention to detail. Set and achieve goals, meet deadlines, and pivot strategy as necessary to meet business goals.
- A self-starting attitude, ability to work independently and effectively with little oversight or management.
- Desire to work within a fast-growing brand in a fun and fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of success in managing paid advertising campaigns and driving business growth, with Meta, Google, and TikTok as need-to-haves and other channels as nice-to-haves.
- Experience with campaign optimization, A/B testing, and data analysis.
- Proficient in spreadsheet software (VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, and pivot tables, at a minimum).
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
