The Quattro team is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Director. This role will develop
and implement online marketing programs and strategies that drive business growth for
various clients across the Quattro portfolio. Candidates should have strong background
in Paid Media (search, social, programmatic), though SEO and email marketing
experience is highly desired. This role will report to the Senior Director of Marketing &
Analytics. This is a hybrid role—on-site on occasion at our office in Wayne, PA.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including Pay-per-click, SEO, social media, email marketing, and programmatic
- Be responsible for managing multi-million dollar media budgets, ensuring proper allocation and measurement
- Perform daily account management on Google Ads, Bing, and other search platforms for a variety of clients
- Develop campaign testing strategies that align with client goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends to ensure best practices are followed and all appropriate channels are considered
- Use analytics software to assess end-to-end performance across all digital channels
- Assist with new business development opportunities/internal marketing efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 7-10 years of digital media management experience required, agency experience preferred
- Ability to work successfully with teams, handle multiple projects, and adapt to changes in client priorities
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Understand the “what” and the “why” of it all
- Experience with paid social campaigns (Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Pinterest) or DSP-based programmatic media placement preferred
- Google Ads and Bing Ads Certifications preferred
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Ads Editor, and Bing Ads; BI platform experience a plus (Looker Studio, Datorama, Power BI)
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Ability to extract insights from large amounts of information
- Comfortable developing presentations and presenting your ideas to key stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot,
- SalesForce Marketing Cloud) and/or bid management (GMP, Skai, Marin, Acquisio) a plus
