Job Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Technology Director to lead the strategic vision, implementation, and innovation of our marketing technology ecosystem.


This role is a unique blend of marketing expertise and technical leadership, ensuring that our marketing team has the best tools, platforms, and strategies to execute campaigns effectively, track performance, and drive measurable impact.



You'll take charge of our Salesforce Marketing team and oversee all Martech solutions supporting our sales and marketing functions.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Innovation

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking marketing technology strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Partner with marketing, IT, data analytics, and cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize technology solutions.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends and recommend cutting-edge tools to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

Technology Stack Optimization

  • Oversee the marketing technology ecosystem, including Salesforce CRM, CDP (Customer Data Platform), social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance Martech tools to improve functionality, cost efficiency, and user experience.

Data-Driven Marketing & Analytics

  • Lead the management and utilization of customer data to fuel strategic decision-making and campaign personalization.
  • Implement robust tracking, segmentation, and analytics frameworks to optimize marketing performance.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations in collaboration with data privacy teams.

Vendor & Budget Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors, negotiating contracts for optimal value.
  • Oversee the marketing technology budget to maximize ROI and operational efficiency.
  • Lead RFP processes to evaluate and onboard new marketing platforms.

Team Leadership & Training

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing technologists and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Provide training and support to marketing teams on leveraging technology effectively.
  • Promote collaboration between marketing, IT, and other departments to drive seamless technology adoption.




Key Skills & Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, information technology, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, or IT with a focus on Martech platforms and tools.

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sprinklr, CDP, Pardot).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and data-driven decision-making.

Leadership & Communication Skills:

  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex marketing technology projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into strategic marketing insights for stakeholders.
